We are pleased to accept the insurance plans listed below, but we are continually adding new insurance plans, so please give us a call if your plan is not included.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your health benefits before your appointment to determine whether your insurance requires a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for therapy services.
We offer a private pay plan for patients who do not have health insurance or whose benefits have been exhausted. Please contact us for more information on our fees for service and payment details.
